Food Safety and Security for the World's Largest One-Day Crowd Feeding the Indy 500

This year, the EDEN Annual Meeting will ramp things into high gear with a pre-conference educational opportunity to learn about food safety and security at the world's largest single-day event. Free time is included in the day's schedule, giving you a chance to visit the Indy 500 Museum, take a lap around the track, or golf the Indy 500.

Afternoon (free time):
- Museum and/or take a lap around the Indy 500 (fee total $4 not included in registration)
- Golf -- Few people know there's an 18 Golf Course incorporated into the track.
- Learn more: http://www.brickyardcrossing.com/ Please note, that the golf course may or may not be open during the day we visit due to weather. Arrangements to golf should be made in advance by using the Website above or contacting them directly. We will provide a return van from the 500 if needed up to 5 pm.
Return to Hotel for an evening reception and poster session beginning at 5:30. See meeting agenda.
- Transportation will be provided back to the hotel until 5 p.m. (1 pm, 1:30, 2 and 4:30 and 5). It's a short Taxi ride if you want to golf later than that.
