EDEN 2010 Annual Meeting

with optional Pre-Conference training on November 2
and Post-Conference off-site workshops on November 5

 The EDEN Annual Meeting includes optional Pre and Post-Conference Workshops.  Each requires a separate registration fee. 

• There are two pre-conference workshops:
• Tuesday November 2 - Agrosecurity Workshop — Full Day (The $67.00          registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.)
• Tuesday November 2 - Professional Development Workshop — Half Day (The $51.00 registration fee includes lunch and afternoon refreshment break.)
  
  
• Tuesday November 2 - Wednesday November 4 —The Annual Meeting begins on Tuesday evening November 2 with a Welcome Reception and poster session.  It continues on November 3 and 4 with plenary and concurrent sessions.  (The $200 registration fee includes two breakfasts, two lunches, refreshment breaks, and Welcome Reception.)
  
  
• Friday November 5 — The Post-Conference Off-Site Workshop — Full Day (The $63 registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, admission fee, and transportation.)
  
  
• Spouses and other guests of EDEN meeting participants may register separately for the Welcome Reception and the Post-Conference Off-Site Workshop.  See separate registration area on registration form.

REFUND POLICY:  Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written notification of cancellation is received by October 19.  A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all registration refunds.  No refunds will be honored after October 19.  Requests for refunds should be sent to Connee Wheeler at cwheeler@uky.edu.
