EDEN 2011 Annual Meeting
October 11-14, 2011
with an optional Pre-Conference off-site workshop on October 11
and an Post-Conference off-site workshops on October 14
The EDEN Annual Meeting includes optional Pre and Post-Conference Workshops. Each requires a separate registration fee.
Tuesday October 11 — The Pre-Conference Off-Site Workshop - Full Day (The $53 registration fee includes breakfast, transportation, and all admissions).
Tuesday October 11 - Thursday October 13 —The Annual Meeting begins on Tuesday evening October 11 with a Welcome Reception and poster session. It continues on October 12 and 13 with plenary and concurrent sessions. (The $250 registration fee includes two breakfasts, two lunches, refreshment breaks, and Welcome Reception.)
Friday October 14 — The Post-Conference Off-Site Workshop — Full Day (The $63 registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, admission fees, transportation, and speakers.)
Spouses and other guests of EDEN meeting participants may register separately for the Pre-Conference Off-Site Workshop, Welcome Reception, and the Post-Conference Off-Site Workshop. See separate registration area on registration form.
Payment and registration must be received by September 20.
A Late Registration Fee of $50 will be assessed after September 20.
REFUND POLICY: Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written notification of cancellation is received by September 20. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all registration refunds. No refunds will be honored after September 20. Requests for refunds should be sent to Gretchen Cuevas at Gretchen.Cuevas@oregonstate.edu
