Hazards Center taking Aps for Quick Response Grants
The Natural Hazards Center is accepting proposals for the 2010 Quick Response Grant Program until November 15, 2009. The program provides funds for researchers to quickly travel to disaster-affected areas to capture perishable data.

H1N1 - National Call of EDEN Delegates
EDEN delegates were invited to participate in a conference call to address the H1N1 influenza outbreak. On Friday, May 1, 20 delegates representing 16 states and USDA/CSREES discussed the current status of H1N1 in their state.
